But you can also try the #customer-support channel of our Discord Server. ( Not recommended for problematic shop orders )

Email support is the preferred channel in case of problematic shop orders because it helps us tracking the history of past issues. Sometimes Discord maybe quicker than email for quick fixes or suggestions on the platform.
